- Payment processing information (handled securely via Stripe; we do not store full credit/debit card numbers on our servers).
- Read-only bank account metadata and transaction feeds (processed via TrueLayer Open Banking protocols with your explicit consent).
- Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, error logs, and session timestamps.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your data for the following lawful business purposes:
- To operate, maintain, and provide the core invoicing, client tracking, and financial features of the Service.
- To process subscription payments and manage your Free or Pro membership via Stripe.
- To synchronize read-only bank feeds and automatically match incoming payments to pending invoices.
- To send transactional emails, such as invoice notifications, account verification links, and subscription receipts via Resend.
